Samsung rolls out One UI 3.1 update for Galaxy S20, Note 20 and Galaxy Z series

Samsung has started rolling out One UI 3.1 that debuted with the Galaxy S21 series to older Galaxy models. At the time of writing, South Korean Samsung has started the rollout for the Galaxy S20 series, Note 20 series and the Galaxy Z series.

The rollout seems to be phased, so not every country will get the update right away. One UI 3.1 was introduced with the Galaxy S21 and includes new camera features, new smart features and several privacy features. The release of One UI 3.1 for older models is in line with Samsung's promise to release Android updates for at least 3 years for select Galaxy phones.

Object eraser

Most eye-catching feature is the object eraser. It allows you to remove objects from a photo. First turn on the function under Labs and then click on the object you want to remove. It works based on artificial intelligence and the result is quite impressive as you can see.
