Samsung works on cheaper Galaxy Note 20 FE

After the success of the Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition (FAE), it now seems Samsung is working on a Note 20 FAE. Samsung its own website is mentioning the existence of this model. Apart from this, we received word that Samsung is scaling back the production of the remaining Note 20 series.

Sales of the Note 20 may be disappointing. The success of the Galaxy S20 FE may be greater than expected. Maybe both. Anyway, a Note 20 FE is in the making, so much seems clear. The source of this all is Samsung itself.

Samsung website mentions the Note20 FE

Samsung Brazil mentions the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 FE and says it has a 6.5 inch large screen and a camera with 3x optical zoom. The mention has disappeared from the site but the internet never forgets. The Note 20 series currently consists of the expensive Note 20 Ultra, the Note 20 5G and a slightly cheaper Note 20 4G. A Plus model is missing this year.

Deteriorating sales Note 20

The arrival of a Note 20 FE may be a dire necessity. According to another report, Samsung only sold 70% of the numbers it had hoped to sell in October 2020. As a result, Samsung would have scaled back production. Remarkably, sales of the most expensive Note 20 model, the Ultra, are above expectations. The standard Note 20 would be lagging behind.
