Oppo Find X2 product description
Together with the Find X2 Pro, Neo and Lite, the Oppo Find X2 is part of the Find X2 series. Phones with which Oppo tries to push the boundaries of what is technically possible. We are going to find out here what this Find X2 is capable of.
Ultra Vision Screen: flagship display
This Oppo Find X2 should be the standard model within the X2 series that will appeal to most people. It features a 6.7-inch OLED display. This is not only very large, it is also very colourful with a high contrast. Oppo applies a sharp resolution of Quad HD+, sometimes called 3K. This makes images and even text razor sharp. The panel also has a high 120 Hz refresh rate. This results in smooth animations, for example while scrolling. Because of all these functions, the Find X2's screen deserves the designation Ultra Vision Screen. And the curved edges also make it look premium. As far as we're concerned, this is a flagship screen.
Camera has everything you need on paper
Oppo applies a triple camera on the back of the Find X2. This consists of a 48MP main camera with f/1.7 lens for extra light in the dark. Underneath is a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens that has a viewing angle of 120°, roughly the same as the human eye. You shoot spatial shots of landscapes or groups, for example. At the very top we find a 13MP telephoto lens with which you can get images 2x optically closer without loss of quality. If that's not enough, you can digitally zoom in up to 20x. With the latter you do lose some sharpness. The camera has everything you could wish for today. Think of a nite mode, a macro mode where you can focus from 3 cm and a portrait mode. The Oppo Find X2 has all the hardware you need to take good photos, but when it comes to software (think of HDR) it just cannot keep up with the competition from Apple, Samsung and Google. We only wonder if most people would see the difference.

Powerful performance
The Oppo Find X2 has the fastest hardware available. There's a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor that's powerful and fast to the touch. This has access to a large 12 GB of RAM memory that is extra fast thanks to the LPDDR5 technology. Powerful performance is therefore guaranteed. Like other high-end Oppo's, the Find X2 supports the extra fast Super VOOC 2.0. Recharge the battery at lightning speed. This battery has a total capacity of 4200 mAh. Because it consists of 2 parts Oppo can charge it twice as fast. With 65 Watt you can pump almost half full again for 10 minutes. A full battery can be reached after only 38 minutes. Wireless charging unfortunately not possible. The Oppo Find X2 is available in black with a ceramic back or with a blue glass back.
