Easier Poco F2 Lite possibly spotted in real life

Xiaomi would have plans for a successor to the Pocophone F1. Starting with this F2 Lite. And not only that, the sub-brand Poco is now allowed to stand on its own two feet and will be marketed as a separate brand name.

Images of this Poco F2 Lite have just appeared online. We see a flat screen with a round notch in front of the single selfie camera. With the Pocophone F1 there was still a wide notch with quite a few sensors. The lack of it on the F2 Lite confirms the naming; we have a mid-range entry.

Just like on the F1 a lot of screen border remains present. Especially at the bottom we see a big beam. Still, we don't know much about its appearance, but we do know about some built-in components. For example, the source thinks it knows there is a Snapdragon 765G inside, which is a mobile processor with 5G support. It is powered by a 5000 mAh battery and has 6 GB of working memory. Those aren't crazy numbers for a mid-range phone.

Own brand

Recently, Xiaomi announced that Poco continues as an independent brand. Redmi and Blackshark are also so-called sub-brands of Xiaomi but they do not operate independently. Poco has to do that. The first (and at the time of writing even only) model of Poco is the Pocophone F1. A phone that's quite popular even today.
