Oppo Find X7 Pro with 2 periscope cameras spotted in the wild

Someone has come across the Oppo Find X7 Pro and shared photos on social media. Whether it was done intentionally or not, we get a first look at a device with two periscope cameras.

Looking at the photo, Oppo seems to be applying an octagonal camera island. On it sit at least four cameras, two of which are periscope lenses. One of them zooms in 2.7x, the other 6x. Why Oppo would do this should be revealed when it officially announces the Find X7 Pro.

The Oppo Find X7 series is not expected until sometime in 2024, so the fact that we are already seeing it in public is a big red flag. It may be a deliberate tactic by Oppo to draw attention to itself. Also notable is how many specifications of the device have already been leaked.

For example, a total of four 50MP Sony sensors are expected. The primary camera may use Sony's 1-inch large LYT900 sensor. That same sensor is also scheduled for the Xiaomi 14 Ultra and also the OnePlus 12.

Oppo will want to equip this flagship with the most powerful chip available today. If so, a possible candidate is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Oppo could also opt for a processor from MediaTek; the previously announced Dimensity 9300 is at least as powerful.
